I chose this hotel for attending an assembly, as it provides a business center which was convenient for my work requirements. The amenities were well-maintained and I was able to use them effectively during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated printer and scanner facility in the business center. It would have been helpful to have easy access to these tools for any urgent documents or paperwork that needed to be processed.

The location was magnificent, with Waffle nearby, where we could eat. Hotel rooms were airy. Within walking distance of Crescent Mall. The venue was next to Rajeev Chowk train station...

The whole hotel was in a bad condition. The rooms were unclean with worn-out furniture and dirty curtains. The bathroom was a nightmare, with moldy fittings and no toiletries provided. We had to deal with mosquitoes invading our personal space. The staff had no idea how to treat their guests and the AC couldn't be controlled easily. it was a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room amenities were excellent, including an ironing facility, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area in our room was a comfortable space to relax in. We felt secure with the in-room safe provided. The free toiletries and dryer were a bonus. We were also pleased to have access to an electric kettle and a television with an AM/FM alarm clock. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

Lovely colonial style, comfy rooms, well-maintained gardens, helpful staff. Very good buffet meals and breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport and pleasant surroundings.
